Kool-Aid Stand

The kids wanted to have a Kool-Aid stand last week, so we took the table from Jacob's room and set one up in front of the house.  They did pretty good at manning the stand and getting Kool-Aid for all of the neighbors.  Jacob very quickly learned to employ aggressive sales tactics, jumping up and down and waving his hands for every car that came by.  They got quite a few customers and made well over $10, although much of it was people overpaying.

They've wanted to have more Kool-Aid stands every day since then but I haven't let them since I figure we need to spread out the harassment of the neighbors.

I got to be the first customer.

Our next door neighbor, Amelia, joined in for a while.  Note that Alex has a cowbell to ensure that the entire neighborhood was aware of their presence.

Future entrepreneurs!! I am sure the cow bell and the waving were great advertisements. Now what are you going to save that money for?
